Welcome to the symposium on Threats to Community Groundwater Resources in Nova Scotia. Join us on Thursday, September 19th, 2024 at St. Mary's Boat Club (1641 Fairfield Rd, Halifax, NS) to learn about the challenges facing our critical groundwater resources in Nova Scotia.
Registration for this hybrid event will start at 8:45 AM with the event starting at 9:15 AM. Audience members also have the option of joining us online via Microsoft Teams with the link for the virtual event provided after registration. We encourage attendees to use sustainable forms of transportation such as carpooling, biking, or public transportation. St. Mary's Boat Club has a parking lot and additional parking is available on the surrounding residential streets. There are bike racks at the venue and the closest Halifax Transit routes are the 1, 9, and 24. The venue is accessible and kindly reach out to the organizers regarding accessibility support.
